FISMApedia:About
FISMApedia is focused on easing the implementation of FISMA and other Federal IT security and assurance programs. Our initial goal is to convert the available source documents for FISMA, FDCC, NIACAP, DIACAP, HSPD-12 and related topics to wiki formatting and make them available. As we move towards this goal our mission will transform to provide a forum for practitioners to comment on the documents and add discuss best practices for implementation.
The policy of FISMApedia is to include any publicly available documentation which relate to Federal Information Assurance and IT security in general. Government publications are considered to be in the public domain and will be included unless otherwise restricted. Wherever possible full attribution to the original source material will be included along with links to the source.
Converted content formatting, original works and contributed works are copyright FISMApedia and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License for reuse so long as attribution is provided and the reuse retains a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States compatible license. Commercial reuse is permitted under this license. Wherever these statements and the full text of the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License conflict the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License shall hold.
This project is wholly supported by personal funds and unobtrusive advertising will eventually be added to support continued operations. If income from this source or through donations is sufficient a 501(c) corporation will be created to manage operations.
