Telecommunications Systems - For the purpose of this Instruction, telecommunications systems are interconnected devices used to transmit, receive, or process telecommunications. The devices may be electrical, electromagnetic, electromechanical, or electro-optical. Telecommunication systems include, but are not limited to, conventional telephones, satellite telephones, cellular telephones, computer-based transmission systems, facsimile machines, paging devices, and tactical radio systems.
